Established in 2017 by Kevin Borg and Johan Psaila, JK Consultancy emerged from a foundation initially laid as Safety Consultancy, focusing primarily on Environmental, Health, and Safety services.

In 2017, a strategic opportunity prompted a rebranding and expansion initiative, propelling Safety Consultancy into a comprehensive entity known as JK Consultancy, with a diversified service portfolio that now includes Engineering.
